About Me

Toussaint is a yoga instructor, actor, healer who helps people find their way to living as their unique, authentic selves. He combines different methods of support with practical training. His goal is to help his clients take full control of their lives, becoming self-aware and in tune with their unique selves.

He teaches and offers one-to-one and group yoga sessions, meditation, Reiki Energy healing, Sound bowl healing sessions, mentoring, and coaching. Toussaint wants to help others lead a life free from worry and stress, and filled with love, joy, awareness and compassion.

I had been trying to conceive since May 2017. After the first failed month I had said to myself not to get my hopes up and hope to be happily surprised. In January 2018 I spoke to Toussaint without actually revealing the issue I was facing. I told him I needed to change something in my life. He gave me a new way of thinking and told me to visualise the long term goals I wanted, rather than the short term. I started by following his advice to get in tune with my body and mind and then began to look for a recite positive affirmations daily. I got my positive test in February and I am currently 16 weeks pregnant. The positive thoughts worked!

Luckily, I found Toussaint! As a trainer, his skills mean that every session is diverse and challenging. He combines yoga sessions, catered to how I feel on the day and the area we need to focus on, which keeps things fun and interesting. As a person, he is friendly, professional and respectful and he is genuinely interested in my overall well-being, and takes into account my health issues. Thank you Toussaint, thanks to you I am a happier and more relaxed version of myself. ;)

My time with Toussaint means I now sit at my desk better, check-in on my posture while running, have better upper body strength and my wife says my posture is now better when I stand still. Toussaint gave me a pick and mix of different physical activities to begin with in our sessions; but we arrived at Yoga as the best way for me to improve my upper body strength, posture and escape from a busy week at work. I never thought I'd be a yoga person - but am thankful to Toussaint for introducing me to it.
