About Toussaint
Toussaint Meghie is the founder of Union Health & Wellness and creator of the Pressure to Presence™ Method, a coaching approach that helps people build a healthier relationship with pressure so they can perform with greater calm, confidence and clarity.
Born and raised in South London, Toussaint has spent over three decades performing under pressure. At just ten years old, he was cast in the West End production of Oliver! at the London Palladium, an experience that first taught him both the excitement and the challenges of performing under intense pressure. That journey continued through his training at the BRIT School and into a professional acting career spanning theatre, television and film.
Alongside his performing career, Toussaint has dedicated himself to understanding the connection between mind, body and performance. He qualified as a Personal Trainer before travelling to Mysore, India, where he completed his 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training. Over the years, he has continued to study mindfulness, breathwork, meditation, movement and personal development, always asking one question:
How can we meet life's pressures without losing ourselves?
The answer became the foundation of Pressure to Presence™.
Rather than seeing pressure as something to fear or avoid, Toussaint believes it can become one of our greatest teachers. His work helps individuals recognise what pressure reveals, pause with awareness, make intentional choices, and grow through the experience.
Today, he works with young athletes, performers, parents and coaches, and those who are overwhelmed by pressure, combining his lived experience with practical tools that help people navigate important moments with greater presence, resilience and self-belief.
His mission is simple:
To help people build a healthier relationship with pressure, so they can reveal their true potential and perform as their authentic selves when it matters most.
My Philosophy
Pressure doesn't create your potential. It reveals it.
Every one of us experiences pressure differently, but beneath that pressure is a version of ourselves that is calm, creative, resilient and capable. My role isn't to change who you are. It's to help you uncover what has always been there.
Because I believe that when we learn to meet pressure with awareness instead of fear, we don't just perform better—we live more authentically.
