Yogasanas

Asanas are physical poses and forms enabling the practioner to bring awareness to any inbalances and physical discomforts they may have in the body.

Pranayama

Prana is the universal principle of energy or force. It is the sum total of all energy that is manifest in the universe, all the forces in nature and powers which are hidden within and which lie everywhere around us.

Meditation

When you calm the mind and body, and allow yourself to be, then only you can reveal your true self.

YOGA PRINCIPLES

Yoga is something that you become, it is a quality. If you cultivate your body, mind, emotions and energies to a certain level a quality arises within you – that is yoga. The yoga practices harness that quality to develop and cultivate a system to vibrate at a high frequency, being full of expression, love and awareness.
